Ida Johanne Bohmann

Ida Johanne Bohmann is a member of CMS Kluge's Banking and Finance department, specialising in debt capital transactions. She has extensive experience across a wide range of financing transactions, both secured and unsecured, and has advised on several major Norwegian and international loan transactions. Bohmann regularly assists lenders and borrowers with financing and corporate law advice, including in relation to guarantees and security structures. She also advises corporates in connection with shareholder loans and other loan instruments, as well as other corporate and structural matters.

She has broad experience with syndicated lending, acquisition finance and project-based financing, as well as project finance in the renewable energy sector, including wind power and green financing structures. Bohmann also has solid expertise in insolvency and restructuring matters, including bankruptcy proceedings and the handling of default situations.

Bohmann is the author of Garantirett (Guarantee Law), published by Gyldendal in 2024. She is a sought-after speaker, particularly on the financing of renewable energy projects, and is especially engaged in offshore wind, where she has participated in panel discussions, delivered presentations and published articles on key topics in the field. Bohmann is ranked in Legal 500.

In the first half of 2024, she completed a secondment with CMS Germany in Frankfurt, where she was part of the international finance team.
