Ida Johanne Bohmann is part of CMS Kluge's Corporate department and works primarily on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, syndicated financing, acquisition financing and project financing.

She has also worked on several project finance transactions in the Norwegian market in connection with wind farm project development and sustainability related financing. Bohmann also has experience with internal work in an international bank and with insolvency-related matters.

Bohmann is a frequent lecturer and public speaker, especially in the area of financing renewable energy projects. Ida Johanne has a particular interest in offshore wind and has participated in several panels, given speeches and written articles on relevant topics within offshore wind.

Bohmann is currently on secondment at CMS Germany (Frankfurt).
