Ida Johanne Bohmann is a member of CMS Kluge's Corporate department, specializing in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Her areas of expertise include syndicated financing, acquisition financing, and project financing.
She has contributed to several project finance transactions in the Norwegian market, particularly in wind farm project development and sustainability-related financing. Ida also has experience working internally in an international bank and handling insolvency-related matters.
Ida is a frequent lecturer and public speaker, with a strong focus on financing renewable energy projects. She has a specific interest in offshore wind and has participated in panels, given speeches, and written articles on topics related to offshore wind.
