CMS Kluge has advised Mowi ASA with the entering into a new EUR 2,600 million sustainability-linked facility

CMS Kluge is proud to have served as lead legal counsel to Mowi ASA in the successful refinancing of the Group’s existing bank facilities. The transaction involved the establishment of a new five-year, secured, sustainability-linked multicurrency revolving credit facility totalling EUR 2,600,000,000. An accordion feature is included in the facility, allowing for a potential increase of up to EUR 400,000,000 during its term, providing additional flexibility for Mowi.
