Iver Jordheim Brække

Iver Jordheim Brække is affiliated with CMS Kluge´s IP, technology and EAA Law Department. He assists both private and public clients in the technology sector, with a particular focus on judicial matters related to data privacy and cybersecurity.  

Brække has an extensive competence and experience regarding the protection of personal data, and in particular expertise in EU`s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Brække emphasizes having a practical approach within the scope of possibilities stipulated by the law. 

Brække also has extensive experience in assisting public clients in the transport sector, particularly in connection with public procurements.
