Jonas Garberg works in CMS Kluge’s department of Construction and is affiliated with the practice areas for Construction Law, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution. Jonas assists clients with advisory work and dispute resolution, primarily within construction law and contract law.
Jonas holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Bergen, where he wrote his master thesis on Norwegian contract law, concerning the limits of main contractor liability for negligence of its subcontractors. Jonas has also taken elective courses on Mediation and EU and EEA Commercial Law.
