Lilli has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and litigation related to labour law, which is his main working area.

Lilli advises employers and employer organizations on a wide range of labour law issues, including employment contracts, incentive schemes, downsizing, transfer of undertakings, hiring-in, posting and collective agreements.

Lilli’s clients are mainly national and international companies and public bodies. Among the clients are some of the largest Norwegian corporations, as well as major international firms and the Norwegian state. For instance, he has for years been the main responsible for all external labour law assistance to DNV GL (14.000 employees all over the world) and the Nokas Group (5.000 employees), and he has also given extensive labour law assistance to the Kvaerner group. He also advices major international firms like Nike and ITW Inc. on a regular basis.

Lilli is recommended within the field of employment law in Chambers and Legal 500. He is also head of the Norwegian Association of Lawyers’ expert committee on employment law (“Juristforbundets fagutvalg for arbeidsrett”).
