Product Liability Laws and Regulations Norway 2022 provides a practical cross-border insight into product liability work.

In cases concerning products with a security defect, Norwegian law has various product liability systems. CMS Kluge's experts provide a comprehensive introduction to relevant rules, including the special rules in the Norwegian Product Liability Act.

CMS Kluge's Ole Andre Oftebro, Matias Apelseth and Hanne Olsen Kjellevold have co-authored the publication and have written about the Norwegian regulations on product liability.

CMS Kluge has a numerous group of lawyers that work with product liability. We also work within the areas of insurance and tort law as well as general contract law. We assist within product liability both related to consumer products and materials for the construction sector. We assist a number of public and private clients in these areas.
