Ove André Vanebo is affiliated with CMS Kluge’s Employment Law Department, and he worked earlier with property. He assists private and public clients with contract law, labour law, intellectual property rights, immigration law and procedure. His master's thesis concerned the illegal collection of evidence, and it dealt with several issues related to privacy protection and working life.

Vanebo works primarily with labour law, including civil servant law and welfare law. He also works a great deal with privacy law, intellectual property law, property and litigation. In his former career, he was a publicly and locally elected politician, and therefore he is very familiar with political processes and methods.
