Fiskaa deals mainly with legal structures and implementation of investments in business activities and realization of these as well as reorganization of companies, including regulations of shareholders’ and participants’ interests and assessment of related contract issues and issues pertaining to company law. Fiskaa has particular knowledge of these topics from his work within the offshore service industry and on a continuous basis he assists investment companies and private equity funds as well as target companies in various transactions.
