Tonje is affiliated with CMS Kluge's IP, Technology & EEA Department. She assists both private and public clients with advice in dispute resolution in EU/EEA law, public procurement, state aid and competition law.
Tonje has a master's degree from the University of Oslo. She was a research assistant at the Department of Private Law, where she wrote a master's thesis on environmental requirements in public procurement. The thesis examined the legal scope of the environmental requirement in article 5 of the Norwegian Public Procurement Act.
