  • Enel Green Power Perú S.A.: CMS Grau advises on the feasibility of access to real estate properties pertaining to other significant projects of the company, involving solar, wind and hydroelectric energies throughout Peru.
  • Engie Energía Perú S.A.: Legal advice on the identification of 203,7587 hectares pertaining to owners and/or possessors of 98 private property plots located within the area of interest aimed at implementing one of the largest photovoltaic projects in Peru.
  • Engie Energía Perú S.A.: Legal advice on the identification of 203,7587 hectares pertaining to the owners and/or possessors of 98 private property plots located within the area of interest aimed at implementing one of the largest photovoltaic projects in Peru.
  • Gases del Norte del Peru S.A.C. (a subsidiary of Colombian PROMIGAS): Advice to GASNORP throughout the land acquisition process to develop a 270-km natural gas pipeline that is part of the natural gas distribution concession located in Piura region, north of Peru.
  • Glencore Plc (Compañía Minera Antapaccay S.A.): CMS Grau is conducting technical and legal procedures regarding adjacent properties, while carrying out the land remediation process of ownership titles, as well as the negotiation and acquisition of rural properties covering an estimated area of 900 hectares. The legal advice includes the structuring and drafting of agreements related to real estate and high-quality engineering support.
  • Transportadora de Gas del Perú S.A.: Advised on the assessment of more than 3,000 agreements in order to design a legal strategy and action plan for completing the statutory land remediation of long-standing property titles and the acquisition of lands required to develop the project.
