CMS Grau advises Interbank on local financing for Aruma Peru for PEN 60 million and cross-border financing for Aruma Mexico for USD 10 million

CMS Grau advised Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. (Interbank), in its capacity as lender, on the structuring, negotiation and disbursement of a new secured medium-term local loan of up to PEN 60 million in favour of Tiendas Aruma S.A.C. (Aruma Perú), as well as a secured medium-term cross-border loan of up to USD 10 million in favour of Tiendas Aruma México, S.A. de C.V. (Aruma México).
Both financings will be used for various corporate purposes and are supported by a security package, which notably includes a trust structure in which Aruma Perú and Aruma México act as trust settlors, as well as joint and several guarantees granted by various affiliates of the Lindcorp Group.
Closing of both transactions took place on 27 February 2026, while the simultaneous disbursement of the funds occurred on 2 March 2026.
The Aruma brand belongs to the Lindcorp Group and is recognised as the first beauty retail chain in Peru, with more than 120 stores nationwide. In recent years, Aruma has begun its regional expansion across Latin America, including its entry into Mexico, where it has operated since 2025 through Aruma México.
