Braylyn Paredes is an associate in the Administrative and Regulatory area at CMS Grau. Her work focuses on administrative, regulatory and municipal law, with an emphasis on public services, administrative sanctioning proceedings, public procurement and the removal of bureaucratic barriers.
She has extensive experience advising private companies on regulatory matters, public procurement processes, public–private partnership projects, administrative sanctioning proceedings, removal of bureaucratic barriers and the securing of various regulatory permits and licences. She also has experience advising public entities on the drafting of regulatory proposals and public policies.
Braylyn holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where she graduated with the highest academic distinction: Summa Cum Laude. She also holds a Specialist Certificate in Public Procurement from the University of Alicante (Spain), and serves as an assistant lecturer, tutor and research assistant in undergraduate and postgraduate courses and programmes on administrative law and water law—roles that reinforce the technical rigour of her professional practice.
