Ernesto Mendoza is a lawyer in the Administrative Law and Public Procurement area of CMS Grau. He specializes in Administrative Law, Public Services Regulation, Public Procurement, Administrative Arbitration and Water Resources.
His professional experience includes advising in the contracting and execution of infrastructure projects, sponsoring several companies in the framework of sanctioning procedures before the OSCE, OEFA, OSIPTEL, ANA, among other public entities, as well as consulting in administrative law in general.
Likewise, he provides comprehensive advice on the regulation of water resources for projects in various productive sectors. His practice includes obtaining water rights, regulation of remuneration and tariffs for water use and hydraulic infrastructure, ecological flows and water users' organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate specialized in administrative law in important law firms, as well as head of regulatory law for a leading multinational company in the telecommunications sector.
Ernesto is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) with top honors and is currently a Master's candidate at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina). He is currently an adjunct professor of Administrative Law at the PUCP.
