Evelyn Román is a Senior Associate in the Infrastructure and Projects area at CMS Grau. With over 15 years of experience, she specialises in advising both public and private entities on investment projects through State Asset initiatives, Works for Taxes schemes and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), as well as on water and sanitation services regulation, public management and general administrative law.
Her practice spans the design, structuring, promotion and management of infrastructure and public services projects, with a focus on sectors such as water and sanitation, health, transport and urban infrastructure. She has also been part of consultancy teams tasked with regulatory assessments and drafting reform proposals for the water and sanitation sector.
Evelyn combines her professional background with a strong academic foundation: she has completed a Master’s in Infrastructure Management at the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña (Spain) and a Master’s in Public Utilities Regulation and Infrastructure Management at Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).
