Ivanna Escala is a Senior Lawyer in the Corporate, Restructuring and Insolvency area of CMS Grau. She has more than 6 years of experience working in insolvency cases (judicial and extrajudicial), including reorganizations and liquidations. She has significant experience in the handling of insolvency proceedings and, in particular, has a high success rate in the recognition of insolvency claims.

She also has experience in handling complex transactions involving distressed companies, as well as experience in managing due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, legal and corporate matters.

Ivanna has successfully completed a specialization in Corporate and Financial Law at ESAN University. She also holds a degree in Environmental Law and Natural Resources from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In the academic field, she has also worked as assistant professor of the Accounting Law course at the above mentioned university for more than 5 years.
