Mathías Gallo is an associate in the Corporate/M&A and Banking and Finance areas at CMS Grau. His practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice to domestic and international companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, and capital markets transactions.
His experience includes contractual and corporate analysis, with involvement in corporate reorganisations, as well as the incorporation, dissolution, and liquidation of companies. He has participated in transactional processes, particularly in real estate acquisitions, including the preparation of title reports, due diligence processes, the drafting of share purchase agreements (SPAs), and related documentation. He has also been involved in the analysis and structuring of financing trusts.
Mathías graduated in Law from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and holds a Diploma in Finance for Non-Financial Professionals from the Pacific Business School.
