Oscar joined CMS Grau in 2012 and specializes in Administrative Law with emphasis on Sanctioning Administrative Law, Regulatory Law, Public Procurement and Competition Law. His experience includes the sponsorship of concessionaires in the energy and transport sector, public contractors, construction companies, public entities, companies in the retail sector, and in procedures to obtain qualifying certificates before any type of public entity. He also provides advice on sanctioning procedures before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), the Agency for the Assessment and Environmental Auditing (OEFA), the Public Procurement Court, among other public entities.
Likewise, he provides advice in public procurement from the selection process until the execution of contracts for the provision of goods, provision of services and execution of public constructions.
Prior to CMS Grau, Oscar Alejos was a trainee at the Intellectual Property practice area of Muñiz, Ramírez, Perez-Taiman & Olaya law firm.
