Oscar Alejos is an associate in the Administrative and Public Procurement area of CMS Grau and specializes in Administrative Law with emphasis in Administrative Sanctioning Law, Regulatory Law, Public Procurement and Competition Law.
His experience includes the sponsorship of concessionaire companies in the energy and transportation sector, public contractors, construction companies, public entities, companies in the retail sector, in procedures for obtaining enabling titles before all types of public entities. Likewise, he provides advice in sanctioning procedures before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), the Environmental Evaluation and Control Agency (OEFA), the State Contracting Tribunal, among other public entities.
Likewise, it provides advice on public procurement from the selection process to the execution of contracts for the provision of goods, services and execution of public works.
He has been a teaching assistant at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
