Samantha Sánchez is a lawyer in the Environmental area at CMS Grau and has experience advising companies from various productive sectors (Mining, Energy and Industry) in the identification of legal requirements, answering of consultations in environmental matters, occupational health and safety and quality, compliance evaluations legal, due diligence as well as in obtaining permits before the competent administrative authorities for the development of their activities.
Samantha has been part of CMS Grau since 2017, is a former active member of the Environmental Law Team of the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has completed the Second Specialization Program in Environmental Law and Natural Resources at the same university. She has extensive knowledge in Environmental Law, with an emphasis on solid waste, water resources and protected natural areas.
