Santiago Macias is an associate in the Labour practice area of CMS Grau with a specialisation in labour litigation. He is an expert in collective bargaining, immigration procedures and in the sponsorship of judicial litigation and administrative proceedings. He advises several national and foreign companies in matters of his specialty and participates in labour audits identifying the main contingencies that may arise in the operation.  

He provides comprehensive preventive advice in complex cases related to collective and individual bargaining, termination of personnel and implementation of labour policies. He is also a registered arbitrator with the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion. 

Santiago holds a law degree from Universidad Católica del Perú and has completed a Master's Degree in Civil Litigation Law at the same university. Likewise, he regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and events.
