Soraya is an associate in the Administrative and Regulatory Law area (Energy and Telecommunications) of CMS Grau. She specializes in the sponsorship of administrative sanctioning proceedings initiated against regulated companies before different public entities, especially before regulatory agencies (OSIPTEL and OSINERGMIN).
She has experience in legal advice in the processing of authorizations, permits and licenses to various national and foreign companies. He has also worked as a teaching assistant in the course Administrative Law I at Universidad de Lima.
