Tarek Mohanna is an associate in the Aviation area at CMS Grau. His work focuses on providing strategic legal advice to national and international airlines, logistics operators, and companies linked to air transport on regulatory, operational, and contractual matters. His approach combines regulatory expertise with a business-oriented perspective that delivers real value to his clients.
His experience includes obtaining permits before the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC), ensuring compliance with AVSEC standards, and managing aerodrome operations.
In addition, he has been involved in corporate restructuring processes, insolvencies, and bankruptcy proceedings before INDECOPI, which strengthens his ability to address the sector’s challenges from a comprehensive standpoint.
Tarek holds a Law degree from Universidad de Lima, where he graduated "Suma Cum Laude", the highest academic distinction awarded by the institution.
