Yanet Carrasco stands out in the field of litigation and arbitration, with a professional career spanning over four years that has allowed her to develop solid expertise in this area. Her ability to design and lead legal strategies, combined with her skill in managing conciliations and out-of-court settlements, positions her as an expert in providing high-level legal advice to our clients.
Yanet has demonstrated notable competence in representing and advising clients in judicial and arbitration proceedings, particularly in commercial, civil, government procurement, and administrative litigation matters. Additionally, she has played a key role in constitutional cases, an area in which she has specialised studies.
Yanet holds a law degree from the University of Lima, where she graduated with honours. She has successfully completed specialisations in both national and international arbitration, as well as government procurement, from the Centre for Analysis and Dispute Resolution at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
