The new logistics complex, to be developed over an area of approximately 160,000 m², will enable Toyota del Perú to significantly strengthen its logistics chain by optimising operational efficiency, reducing delivery times and raising service standards nationwide, in line with its corporate principles.
The transaction involved a high level of legal, technical and regulatory complexity, encompassing aspects of real estate purchase and sale, urban development approvals, legal and physical regularisation of title, risk management, structuring of security interests and other contractual matters.
