The new logistics complex, to be developed over an area of approximately 160,000 m², will enable Toyota del Perú to significantly strengthen its logistics chain by optimising operational efficiency, reducing delivery times and raising service standards nationwide, in line with its corporate principles.
The transaction involved a high level of legal, technical and regulatory complexity, encompassing aspects of real estate purchase and sale, urban development approvals, legal and physical regularisation of title, risk management, structuring of security interests and other contractual matters. CMS Grau provided comprehensive legal advice, supporting our client at every stage of the process, from the initial due diligence through to closing, thereby contributing to the project’s viability. This transaction also reinforces our experience in the development of large-scale logistics and industrial centres and reflects our commitment to delivering strategic value to our clients in projects of significant relevance to the Peruvian market.
We are very proud and pleased to have supported Toyota del Perú in this strategic transaction, which marks a significant milestone in the consolidation of its logistics chain and reaffirms its position as a leader in the Peruvian automotive market.
