We provide comprehensive legal and tax advice to German clients operating in Poland as well as Polish companies investing in Germany. We support clients at every stage of their business journey, from market entry to the implementation of complex cross-border projects, by combining legal excellence with a practical, business-oriented approach.
The German Desk at CMS Poland is coordinated by Małgorzata Brauckmann-Sajkiewicz and brings together over 20 Polish‑qualified lawyers fluent in German. Our German-speaking lawyers operate across all practice groups to ensure seamless communication and advice aligned with the expectations and business culture of German clients.
We work in close cooperation with CMS’s offices in Germany, delivering fully integrated cross-border legal and tax support. Our teams have a deep understanding of both legal systems as well as the cultural and commercial nuances that underpin successful Polish-German business relationships.
We support:
- German investors operating in Poland
- Polish companies expanding into Germany
- Cross-border Poland-Germany projects
- Complex matters that require integrated legal and tax advice
Acting as a one-stop shop, we ensure efficient coordination and tailored solutions. Beyond legal advice, we actively connect Polish and German business communities and contribute to the development of a strong bilateral business ecosystem.
