CMS advises Constantia Flexibles Group on latest packaging industry transaction

Constantia Flexibles is one of the biggest global companies in the packaging industry, employing almost 9,000 people in 16 countries. Drukpol.flexo is a Polish family-owned company established in 1992.  CMS has provided Constantia Flexibles with comprehensive legal assistance at all stages of the transaction, including in relation to due diligence, negotiations’ process, and the merger clearance process.
