CMS has provided Drozapol-Profil S.A. with complex advice on the process of delisting the company from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Drozapol-Profil is a leading steel distributor and processor in Poland, offering transport services, pre-processing and production of reinforcing steel. With an extensive network of sales offices, it supplies thousands of tons of steel for construction and machinery projects throughout the country, serving manufacturers, wholesalers, construction companies, developers and individual customers.

Drozapol-Profil was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 23 December 2004. The day of withdrawal of shares from trading will be 21 February 2025, officially ending Drozapol-Profil's presence on the Exchange.

Our advice included preparing the documentation for the delisting tender offer and representing Drozapol-Profil in proceedings to obtain permission from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to delist the Company's shares from trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The CMS team was led by partner Ryszard Manteuffel, assisted by counsel Magdalena Zmysłowska and associate Łukasz Duchiński (Corporate and M&A).
