CMS has advised mBank S.A. on a financing deal for Wysoka Grzęda, the largest and most advanced organic egg producer in Poland. The purpose of the financing is to refinance Wysoka Grzęda's existing debt and to fund the construction of new hen houses.
Wysoka Grzęda is recognised as Poland's most innovative producer of organic eggs, operating a fully integrated system that ensures superior quality control and holding a variety of local and international certifications. Wysoka Grzęda is a supplier to major retail chains in Poland and is actively expanding its presence in export markets.
The financing will enable Wysoka Grzęda to scale up its production capacity, meet retail demand, and improve revenue. This facility will also strengthen Wysoka Grzęda's long-term strategy, which focuses on innovation, market expansion and its commitment to sustainable agriculture.
