CMS announces appointment of two new partners: Agnieszka Starzyńska and Artur Bednarski
CMS is pleased to announce the promotion of Agnieszka Starzyńska and Artur Bednarski, two highly experienced lawyers, to the partnership of CMS in Poland. Both specialise in areas of strategic importance to the firm's clients, combining many years of experience with interdisciplinary expertise.
Agnieszka Starzyńska, previously counsel in the Competition and Consumer Protection practice and Head of the Life Sciences and Healthcare team, has extensive experience advising clients in the life sciences sector. She specialises in pharmaceutical law, clinical trials, medical device regulations, advertising and the promotion of these products, as well as compliance system implementation. Her experience also includes comprehensive competition law advice for entities operating in this sector, managing cross-border projects, and advising healthcare institutions.
Artur Bednarski, previously counsel in the Banking and Finance practice, specialises in financings, restructurings, and insolvencies. He supports clients at every stage of financing. His practice includes obtaining debt financing, particularly in syndicated loan structures, as well as advising on restructuring and insolvency proceedings and distressed debt sales. He has extensive experience in managing large-scale cross-border financing and restructuring projects.
