Karol advises Polish and international companies in complex civil and commercial disputes and represents clients before Polish common courts and arbitral tribunals. He supports clients throughout the entire dispute resolution lifecycle - from the initial assessment of a case and formulation of strategy, through settlement discussions and court or arbitration proceedings, all the way to the final enforcement of judgments or awards.
