Adrian Horne is of counsel in the Banking and Finance practice and member of English law finance team in Poland at CMS Poland.
He is qualified as an English solicitor with over two decades’ experience advising on financing transactions, acting for financial institutions and investors, with a focus on project finance. He has been based in Warsaw for many years and has acted on a broad range of transactions in Poland and the CEE region, as well as Central Asia and Africa.
