Agnieszka Czopska is an advocate trainee and an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice at CMS Poland.
She specialises in privacy, data protection, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, technology law and regulatory compliance, helping organisations navigate the legal challenges arising from digital transformation and the evolving EU regulatory landscape.
Agnieszka advises Polish and international clients on GDPR compliance, AI governance, digital regulation and technology projects, including the implementation of the AI Act, Data Act and other EU digital legislation. Her experience covers intellectual property matters, technology contracts, data protection compliance programmes, regulatory risk assessments, due diligence exercises, and the launch of innovative products and services. She also has hands-on experience with a range of sector-specific and specialised regulatory frameworks, including postal, gambling and tobacco regulations.
Agnieszka regularly advises clients across a wide range of sectors including technology, automotive, financial services, e-commerce and digital services, combining legal expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
Beyond her advisory practice, Agnieszka is an author of articles and publications on data protection, artificial intelligence, and technology law. She also delivers client training sessions, as well as academic webinars and workshops for law students, promoting a practical and business-oriented approach to emerging technologies, digital regulation and compliance.
