Aleksander Kłys is a lawyer in the CMS Real Estate and Construction Department in Poland and a doctoral student in the Department of Contract Law at Koźmiński University.
He specialises in real estate and contract law. His professional practice to date has included participation in transactions involving the sale and purchase of real estate and real estate companies, as well as participation in due diligence processes, preparation of transaction documents, including real estate sale agreements, preliminary agreements and share purchase agreements, and preparation of bankruptcy and restructuring documentation. Alexander’s professional interests also include issues related to FIDIC Contract Conditions.
He has been involved in a range of multi-jurisdictional and local due diligence processes, as well as real estate transactions. He has also worked in financing and refinancing of real estate.
Prior to joining CMS in 2022, he gained professional experience in the real estate department of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig.
