Aleksandra Nowakowska is an advocate and an associate in the Employment Group of CMS. 

She joined CMS in 2017. Her main areas of specialisation are labour and immigration law. 

She advises clients on matters related to hiring and dismissing staff, collective redundancies and transfer of work establishment. She also supports clients on structuring international assignments and local employment of foreign citizens from EU and non-EU countries, obtaining work and residence permits, advising on social security implications and drafting secondment agreements. She also supports clients on litigation cases, internal investigations and transactions. She assists clients in introducing employment-related documentation and ensuring their compliance with local law.
