Anita Szemraj, a Polish-qualified advocate, is a senior associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice at CMS Poland.
She specialises in legal advice in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy sources and regulatory aspects. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly EPC contracts for complex infrastructure projects in the petrochemical, renewable energy, and waste incineration sectors.
