Artem Lukyanov is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance practice and member of English law finance team in Poland at CMS Poland.
He has over 10 years of experience with a focus on advising clients (borrowers and lenders) on various aspects of English law LMA-based documentation in respect of cross-border finance (export finance, trade finance, real estate finance), debt restructurings and secondary debt trading transactions (trade confirmations, loan participation agreements). Before joining CMS, Artem has actively advised various international clients on different aspects of compliance with Ukrainian sanctions and other counter-measures introduced by Ukraine.
From October 2024 Artem was seconded to UBS AG (Switzerland), where he assisted to in-house team with commercial real estate finance deals.
Before joining CMS, Artem has spent 9 years at Dentons (Kyiv and Warsaw offices) and was seconded to ING Bank N.V. (London branch) where he assisted with funds finance and commercial real estate finance transactions.
