Dominika Markowicz, a Polish-qualified advocate, is an associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice at CMS Poland. 

She has extensive experience advising contractors and public entities throughout procurement proceedings, including appeals before the National Appeals Chamber and complaints before district courts. Dominika assists contracting authorities in preparing procurement documentation and has been involved in tender submissions for the European Commission.

Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive support to a diverse range of clients, including general contractors, operators, technology providers, financial institutions, government agencies, local government units, and municipal companies. Dominika specialises in integrated services for infrastructure projects, particularly in public procurement law and public-private partnerships.
Dominika also advises project developers, investors, and financing institutions on energy transactions, with a focus on wind farm and solar projects. She supports all project stages, from planning and construction to the sale, acquisition, and financing of renewable energy projects. Her role includes drafting and negotiating various agreements, such as general contractor agreements, supply contracts, maintenance and service agreements, and development services contracts.

Her professional experience includes advising entities in public transport, defence, energy, and the medical sector. Dominika's areas of interest encompass public procurement law, public-private partnerships, energy law, and contractual law.
