Filip Zieliński-Andrysiak is an associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice at CMS Poland. He advises private and public-sector entities on energy and infrastructure projects, focusing on regulatory, contract, and corporate issues, particularly in the energy sector. Filip has significant experience with offshore wind farms and has supported clients in their interactions with administrative bodies and in administrative and court-administrative proceedings.
Filip advises clients in the gas and electricity sector, including renewable and conventional energy. Using his knowledge of regulations, support schemes and regulatory burdens, he advises clients on the solutions best suited to their needs.
He has participated in major transactions in the Polish renewable energy market, including numerous due diligence audits. Filip has provided legal advice on environmental, spatial planning, and building permit decisions, as well as real estate issues. His expertise lies in the regulatory aspects of energy law, administrative proceedings, and infrastructure projects, with a special focus on offshore and onshore wind farms, photovoltaic plants and BESS.
