Jacek Mizgier is an attorney-at-law and senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction practice at CMS in Poland.
His experience to date has focused on real estate law and includes conducting due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating transactional agreements, leases, leasing and ongoing services for real estate entities. Jacek also specialises in construction, especially in negotiating construction contracts, including those based on the FIDIC standard, as well as providing ongoing advice. Jacek has also conducted litigation in real estate and construction projects, including disputes over subcontractor remuneration, defects in construction works, contractor remuneration and easements.
Before joining CMS, Jacek was associated with international and Polish law firms.
