Julia Niedźwiecka is a Trademark & Patent Attorney and an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice at CMS Poland.
She specialises in intellectual property with a strong focus on trademarks, industrial designs and patens, as well as unfair competition. She advises clients on every level of their IP protection - from IP portfolio strategy and management, through IP prosecution, as well as enforcement of the registered rights. Her experience covers work performed before Polish Patent Office and Polish courts, as well as EUIPO, GC, and WIPO.
Julia has worked for both local and international brands from automotive, cosmetic, apparel and gaming industry. Prior to joining CMS, she worked for leading Polish IP firms.
Julia is also an active member of AIPPI, being a chair of Polish Young AIPPI Members Group, a vice-chair of IP/GRTK Committee, and a vice-chair of Young AIPPI Members Committee (YAC). She is also a secretary of the Promotion of the Profession Committee at Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Julia is in addition involved at Polish Association of Photographic Artists, where she gives lectures on copyright.
