Julia Resmer is an attorney-at-law and a senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS.

She specialises in real estate law, including transactions and leasing. Her experience includes advising international and domestic investors on real estate transactions, such as drawing up transaction documentation and preparing due diligence analyses, predominantly in the warehouse and office sectors. Julia’s focus in the field of leasing is drafting and negotiating lease agreements for industrial properties in Poland, including BTS and BTO projects.

Before joining CMS, Julia worked for a Warsaw-based law firm where she was providing advice in a number of transactions on real estate and corporate issues.
