Kamil Stankiewicz is an advocate and associate in the Banking and Finance practice at CMS.
Kamil specializes in financing transaction, civil and commercial law. His experience includes advising Polish and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on financing and refinancing of investments. He is experienced in preparing and negotiating finance documents, including security documents, corporate approvals, legal opinions and implementing the conditions for the payment of both loans and credits.
He has participated in number of bond issue projects, due diligence of companies, and in day-to-day day legal support to companies.
Prior to joining CMS, Kamil gained experience, among others, in the Banking & Finance team of the international law firm Dentons.
