Katarzyna Stokłosa is an attorney-at-law and an Associate in the Litigation practice at CMS.
The scope of Katarzyna’s practice includes litigation, with a particular focus on commercial, banking and financial disputes.
She represents business clients in civil and commercial disputes. Katarzyna has advised and acted as a co-counsel in proceedings before the courts, public administration authorities and tribunals, including the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. In her practice, she has also dealt with cases related to financial and economic fraud and the liability of the members of company governing bodies.
Katarzyna is a PhD student at the University of Warsaw, where she has taught students. In 2023 she was admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
