Konrad is an advocate and Counsel in the Banking & Finance Department at CMS.

Konrad specialises in financing transactions, civil and commercial law. His experience includes preparation of finance documents, legal opinions and memoranda, as well as preparation of analysis regarding banking and finance area. Moreover, he advises on corporate, real estate and project finance transactions. Konrad provides advisory to financial institutions as well as borrowers.

Before joining CMS, he gained his professional experience in Norton Rose Fulbright where he worked for 7 years (from 2014 as an Associate).

A club of leading Polish banks on investment facilities for a major Polish glass packaging manufacturer.
A private equity fund on over PLN 1bn financing granted to a leading Polish convenience store franchise.
A Polish bank on approx. EUR 65m development financing for a leading Polish developer (development of an office building in Katowice, Poland).
A syndicate of Polish banks on approx. EUR 110m financing for the purpose of, among others, acquisition of a ferry for Polska Żegluga Bałtycka S.A.
A Polish bank on financing the development of a 4-star hotel located in Krakow, Poland.
Leading Polish banks in numerous projects regarding financing of warehouse, residential, commercial and office developments.
