Konrad Rominkiewicz is an attorney-at-law and a Senior Associate in the Transactions and Corporate Law Department at CMS. He specialises in transactional, corporate and commercial advisory work.

He has many years of experience advising on transactions for investors (in particular private equity and venture capital funds) as well as company founders, with a particular focus on the technology, media and telecommunications sector. He also advises on technology commercialisation, know-how protection and the transfer of intellectual property rights in the context of transactions.

Prior to joining CMS, Konrad gained experience at law firms in Poland (including Clifford Chance and DMS) as well as at Simpson Grierson in New Zealand. He also worked as an in-house lawyer at a media group, where he was responsible for implementing a streaming project in Central Europe.

Fidera Vecta Limited on a EUR 47.5m capital injection into Resi Capital (Cavatina Group) to support the further development of its residential platform, including financing the acquisition of land banks for new projects, together with the acquisition of a 30% equity stake in the company.
