Łukasz Duchiński, advocate, is an associate in the Corporate / M&A Department at the Warsaw office of CMS.

He specialises in projects involving M&A transactions such as acquisitions of private companies, public companies and regulated entities, so as in joint ventures projects, including cross-border investments. His experience also includes advising on regulatory matters, in particular concerning brokerage houses, public companies and investment funds.

Łukasz is a graduate of law at the University of Warsaw and of finance and accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Prior to joining CMS, he gained experience in Polish and international law firms, including Deloitte Legal and Dentons.

Relevant experience

  • Scope Fluiidics – IPO on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange(transfer from the multilateral trading facility).
  • Chatham Financial Europe – establishing a brokerage house in Poland.
  • NCBR Investment Fund – partner investment programme with private investment vehicles.
  • RIO – establishing a family office in a form of an alternative investment fund.
  • Inpost – IPO on the Euronext Stock Exchange.
