Maciej Liberacki is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction Practice at CMS.

Maciej has worked on numerous retail, office, and warehouse deals. He has advised on more than a dozen joint-venture projects, including creating corporate structures for real estate market development projects. Maciej has conducted numerous real estate due diligence projects for buyers, sellers, and financing entities. He is experienced in drawing up and negotiating sale agreements and leases for commercial properties, as well as real estate management agreements, and construction process agreements. Maciej’s experience spans a wide range of clients and industries, including domestic and cross-border transactions.

Relevant experience

The below experience was gained before joining CMS.

  • Greykite on the acquisition of a major logistics portfolio in Poland, comprising three high-quality multi-tenanted properties, as well as on the acquisition of the Polish part of a European multinational logistics portfolio.
  • NewGate Investment Poland on the purchase of properties in Bielsko-Biała, southern Poland, from Redkom, and on the development management agreement regarding the future development of a retail park.
  • Eika Asset Management on the acquisition of properties and the development management agreement regarding the development of a warehouse park near Modlin Airport, as well as on other contracts during the investment process.
  • Stock Polska sp. z o.o. on a lease agreement for approximately 60,000 sq. m. of warehouse and office space in Lublin.
  • HB Reavis on a lease agreement for approximately 8,000 sq. m. of office space in Varso Tower for a bank.
  • mLeasing on the acquisition of six retail parks around Poland (sale and leaseback), including a comprehensive due diligence of the assets.
  • InPost on the expansion and extension of its office lease in the X20 office building in Warsaw.
  • Otto Group on a build-to-own (BTO) investment in Iłowa regarding development of a high-tech logistics facility of around 250,000 sq. m.
