Mateusz Wosiek is a legal advisor and counsel in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS.

Mateusz Wosiek specialises in transactional real estate law and civil law. Mateusz joined CMS in 2010. He has been advising property sector clients on the purchase, disposal and lease of various types of property, including office buildings, shopping centres and hotels. He is also experienced in providing assistance to developers (especially from the logistics and wind farm sectors) as well as to insurance companies issuing title and W&I insurance policies in real estate transactions.
