Mateusz Wosiek is an attorney-at-law and counsel in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS.

Mateusz Wosiek specialises in transactional real estate law and administrative law related to investments. 

For over 10 years he has advised real estate investors on acquisition, sale, sale&lease back, JV transactions, management and commercialisation of real estate, including of office buildings, warehouse and logistics facilities, shopping centres, as well as hotels in Poland and in the CEE region. 

He has extensive experience in coordinating various types of due diligence processes, as well as preparing and carrying out complex development processes, especially for clients from the logistics, industrial and renewable energy sectors. 

His specialist area includes comprehensive advice related to managing real estate projects, including in particular negotiating various types of lease and operating agreements.

Mateusz joined CMS in 2010, and since 2013 co-manages the CMS office in Poznań.

  • REICO ČS Nemovitostní  in transactions involving acquisition of the warehouse facilities Panattoni Park Tychy DC 1 (from partners from the Panattoni Europe and Bluehouse Capital group) and Tychy DC 2 (from partners from the group Panattoni Europe and Griffin Real Estate).
  • FM Logistic  on a sale and leaseback transaction for a CEE portfolio of logistics properties, as well as on the development of new logistics centres in Poland.
  • CNIC Hong Kong in the acquisition of the distribution centre DP Grodzisk Mazowiecki from Hines Poland.
  • Global institutional investor on its confidential acquisition of a portfolio of logistics assets in 8 CEE and Western European countries.
  • PGIM Real Estate - comprehensive legal advice on the re-construction, re-commercialisation, management and sale of the K1 Building in Cracow to FLE Group.
  • Lufthansa Technik and GE Aviation on the construction of an aircraft engines servicing plant in the Legnica Special Economic Zone, including in acquiring the necessary real estate.
  • Pramerica Real Estate International AG on the sale of a real estate portfolio in Poland, Slovenia and the Czech Republic to Revetas Capital.
  • Garvest Real Estate on the sale of the Pixel office building in Poznań to GTC.
  • Pramerica Real Estate Investors on the disposal of two logistics centres leased to Raben Logistics Company to Hines.
  • Standard Life Investments on the acquisition of buildings in Galeria Gniezno.
