Michał Kużel is an attorney-at-law and associate in the Banking and Finance practice at CMS Poland.
Michał specialises in banking and finance law, private business law and commercial company law. He is experienced in providing legal advice on domestic and cross-border debt financing projects. He has supported clients in structuring transactions, preparing and negotiating financing documentation. He has advised Polish and international business entities and financial institutions on the financing and refinancing of real estate projects involving both commercial and residential properties, financing acquisitions and restructurings. He has participated in numerous due diligence studies of companies, including in particular financial, real estate and insurance issues.
Prior to joining CMS, Michał gained experience, among others, in the Banking Transaction Legal Services Team of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and the Banking & Finance team of the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel.
