Michał Serwa is an associate in the Corporate / M&A Department at the Warsaw office of CMS.

Michał specializes in comprehensive legal services for M&A transactions at every stage. His expertise includes conducting and coordinating due diligence processes, preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, overseeing transaction closings, and providing post-closing support. Michał also advises on equity capital markets law and offers restructuring and ongoing legal advice on corporate issues to both Polish and foreign companies.

Relevant experience

  • Krafton Limited on investment in a minority stake in a Polish independent game studio Far From Home.
  • Solterra Renewable Energy on the acquisition of Budner Sp. z o.o.'s PV portfolio of the total capacity of 75MW consisting of 15 PV projects in a different stage of the development.
  • Passus S.A., a Polish producer and integrator of IT solutions, on the initial public offering and introduction of its shares to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
  • B&P Engineering sp. z o.o., a manufacturer and supplier of equipment for juice and concentrate production, and its shareholders on the sale of 100% of their shares in B&P Engineering sp. z o.o. to Bucher-Guyer AG.
  • Vertex Investment, a SINO-CEEF group company, on the sale of a portfolio of 53 photovoltaic power plants in Poland with a total capacity of approximately 51 MW to a CNIC group company.
