Natalia Wysk-Konieczna is an attorney-at-law and an associate in the Banking and Finance practice at CMS Poland. She specialises in financing transactions and has over eight years of experience.
Her experience includes advising Polish financial institutions and borrowers on the financing and refinancing of investments. She drafts and negotiates finance documents, including security documents, corporate approvals and legal opinions, and coordinates the process of fulfilling conditions precedent. Natalia has also participated in due diligence investigations, particularly in the corporate, real estate and construction areas.
Before joining CMS, Natalia gained experience at a Warsaw-based law firm specialising exclusively in legal services for financial transactions.
